Keithley Instruments 410A Picoammeter Used (Out of Stock)

This is a used picoammeter that is in great condition with minor scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage.
We tested the unit to power up only as we unfortunately do not have the means or knowledge to properly test this unit. We are however very confident that this is a solid working unit and will function as intended.

Unfortunately we do not have any cables or manuals for this item. We are including an input adapter that we received with this unit. This unit may need calibration. We are offering free shipping to the contiguous 48 states.
