Used and in generally good cosmetic condition, except for a slight bend at the bottom of the faceplate (see photos). We tested the unit, and the output was accurate according to our bench meter and the built-in digital meter. There is a minor hum and a bump noise that increases with power, but the voltage output remains stable up to 3000V. Rated for 10mA. Selling AS-IS for parts, repair, or refurbishment.
