Condition:

Used, in good visual condition with a scratch on the display. We powered it up and measured output up to 2900V, though the fine adjustment knob (0-100) did not increase power as expected. The other adjustment knobs functioned properly. The built-in digital display turns on but does not display power adjustments accurately. Being sold AS-IS, no returns due to these issues.
