This is a used unit that has some scuffs and scratches from normal use and storage. We have powered up the unit and tested the voice alarm message only as we do not have the microphone or any of the TPass HP II alarm units. We do have the GEMS IR Programmer that we are including in this listing. We are unsure if the battery will actually hold a charge. On the outside of the case the word excess is written in black marker. Due to all missing alarm units and our inability to properly test this unit we are selling this unit as-is for parts.
