There are marks and rubs from use and storage. Does not have the original head, the legs were attached to the aluminum ring as can bee seen in the photos. Believed to have been used with air samplers or radiation area monitors with a custom plate. You could remove legs and use for replacement legs or just use just as as it is.

Ring is 9.5″ across and 5″ on the inner ring, Mount holes are about 7″ apart.
