Appears in good shape we only have the means to perform limited testing to power up only. The radio shows Ver. 1.519 when powered witch we believe is a Passport Firmware installed. You will need to flash back to the newest firmware through Fpro function of the KPG-49D programing software. Programing software nor programing service is NOT available from us. You will need to program for your application.
NOTE – This unit is marked ” Scrambler installed”. This usually means the microphone jack was disabled but we did not verify. We are including a microphone anyway.
